Dark and Devious French Roast Blend – Oily Dark beans, Non-acidic, Dark distinctive flavour. Our DARKEST roast to date.

Wood Buffalo French roasts tend to fall somewhere between 28 and 35. As a result, our French roasted coffee is some of the darkest coffee out there. Simply put, “French roast” describes the colour of the coffee beans after roasting. French roast beans are on the darker end, usually the colour of dark chocolate. The Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCA) uses the ‘Agtron Gourmet Scale’ (AGT)to categorize the colour of coffee roasts on a scale of 25 (darkest) – 95 (the lightest).

Single-Origin Mexico This Mexican coffee has the characteristic notes of chocolate, vanilla, and almond that the Triunfo Verde coffee co-op is known for.

Our Firehouse coffee is a breakfast blend of South American favourites.

For that reason, it is often referred to as our is our middle of the road, “office” blend. Unlike Karen in accounting, this coffee is safe for work. Mellow like Marley, Moves like Jagger. You might enjoy your workday for a change. Medium Roast: Bright, full body w/ raisin, apricot, honey blossom and brown sugar flavours.
