Any discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to back orders. One discount code can be applied towards a single purchase.


Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Every order from Wood Buffalo Coffee is made to order, so please allow creation time from point of sale.

Domestic and US orders are sent via Canada Post  and can can take anywhere from 7-10 days to produce and three days to arrive, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

International orders are sent via USPS first class and can take between 12 to 14 days to produce and will arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.  Please be advised, if the package is held at customs, it may take longer. We can see that it arrived at your customs office, but they won’t allow us to see anything more.

If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing tracking or have moved, please feel free to contact Canada Post by Phone at 1-866-607-6301. You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped.

Wood Buffalo Coffee cannot be held not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.  International customers are responsible for all customs fees.

Please allow 1-5 business days for processing and shipping time.  If you would like to receive information regarding your order, please email sales@woodbuffalocoffee.com


All international purchases are final.  International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.


If your package gets returned because the address was not entered correctly, we will issue a refund minus the shipping costs. Please make sure to verify your address at checkout.


We are not responsible for packages that have been shipped. If you believe your package was lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local post office. Please note domestic first class packages take 3-5 business days to arrive and international first class packages can take up to 8 weeks to arrive.

We will accept exchanges on a case by case basis with the following guidelines:

All returns must be made within 10 days from the point of shipment, and the buyer is responsible for shipping the returned item.

All items must be returned new, unmarked, and in all original packaging.  We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition.  Items returned with missing or damaged packaging are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  Please allow 10 business days for processing.

Ultimately, your satisfaction is important to us and we want to ensure you are happy with your product.


Please note that all sale items are final.  Sale purchases are not available for refunds or exchanges.
